UA Hillel is excited to be expandingthe Fellowship for Advancing Campus Engagement (FACE) for the 2010-2011 academic year! To download an application, click here.

The 2010-2011 FACE team will be comprised of 10-12 Jewish Campus Fellows who craft and carry forward the vision and agenda for Jewish life at the University of Arizona. Working in tandem with UA Hillel and other Jewish organizations, FACE Fellows are charged with building the Jewish community on campus through existing social networks, understanding that the larger Jewish community is made up of many smaller communities, and creating a vibrant Jewish community at the U of A.

CatPAC: Cats for Israel
The CatPAC brings together politically active students on campus to educate them about Israel and to lobby political leaders for a strong US-Israel relationship.

JAC: Jewish Arizonans on Campus

JAC is a project of the Phoenix Community Kollel & works closely with Hillel to engage Jewish college students through innovative social and educational programs.  JAC reaches out to students from all walks of life and encourages them to lead a proud, active Jewish life on campus and beyond.  Hit the road with JAC & check it out here!

LGBT
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Jewish Inclusion Project creates a safe and welcoming place for the Jewish gay community in Tucson.  The Project sponsors Passover seders, Hanukah parties, and High Holiday gatherings. Other events include film nights, potlucks, and synagogue hopping. Educational programs with rabbis and outside Jewish educators provide stimulating opportunities for learning and discussion. Students are invited to be part of this community group.
